One thing I learned while living in Austin was to appreciate a good margarita when I found one. Believe me the field is wide and bumpy, and opinions are many about where to find the finest ’rita in town. Some say Chuy’s, others Shady Grove, while Gueros has it followers. The best one I’ve found, along with the place to enjoy it, is from the bar at Shoreline Grill, sitting on their patio watching the sunset and the bats emerging from under the Congress Avenue bridge.
So, ‘though I can’t share the patio with you, I got Martin Briones, a bartender at Shoreline, to share his world-class recipe with us.
